We had a fantastic weekend! the rooms were very clean and well kept, and the traditional German breakfast and dinner were delicious. We especially enjoyed the picturesque location, with a lovely bakery just across the street. the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help us with any questions or concerns we had.
We found the service to be a little slow at times, particularly during dinner service when we felt forgotten about. the location was quite busy in the morning which caused some noise, so light sleepers should request a room away from the street.

The renovated rooms were really cool with a modern twist. And the breakfast options are to die for; from cereals and yogurts to hot meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made our stay really comfortable. The location was great too, with quick access to Switzerland and the Black Forest.
The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but not unbearable. The main issue was that we had to wait quite a bit at the restaurant and reception due to low service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, offering traditional German cuisine. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, especially since German is not my first language. The hotel's location was picturesque, with a charming bakery just across the street. Additionally, it provided quick and easy access to both Switzerland and other parts of South Germany/The Black Forest.
There was nothing I didn't like.
